How long does the branding process take?
Each package has a different timeline. On average:
- Starter Spark: 1–2 weeks approximately
- Visual Refresh: 2–3 weeks approximately
- Signature Suite: 3–4 weeks approximately
- Legacy Brand Kit: 4–6 weeks approximately
What’s Included in a Mini Brand Strategy Session (1 Hour)?
1. Brand Discovery & Goals (15 mins)
- Discuss your business idea, mission, and vision
- Understand short-term and long-term goals
- Identify your ideal audience and why they matter
2. Positioning & Differentiation (15 mins)
- Analyze your competitors briefly
- Highlight your Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
- Define your brand’s voice and tone direction
3. Visual Brand Direction (15 mins)
- Explore moodboard ideas or visual inspiration
- Talk about potential logo style preferences (minimal, illustrative, wordmark, etc.)

What’s Included in a Full Brand Strategy Session (2 hours)?
1. Brand Discovery & Business Vision (30 mins)
- Define your mission, vision, and core values
- Clarify your “why” and long-term brand goals
- Uncover what makes your business different and valuable
- Understand your personal story and how it connects to the brand
2. Ideal Client & Audience Targeting (20 mins)
- Identify and define your dream clients (demographics + psychographics)
- Pinpoint your audience’s needs, desires, and pain points
- Build an Ideal Client Profile (ICP) you can use for marketing
3. Brand Positioning & Messaging (30 mins)
- Define your Unique Value Proposition (UVP)
- Establish brand pillars (your core truths/strengths)
- Develop a draft tagline, elevator pitch, and positioning statement
- Set the tone of voice (confident, playful, minimalist, professional, etc.)
4. Brand Visual Direction (30 mins)
- Review initial inspiration/moodboard or create one together
- Discuss color theory aligned with your brand personality
- Determine visual style preferences (minimal, luxe, vintage, etc.)
- Explore typography style options and creative direction
- Review competitor visuals for alignment/differentiation
5. Action Plan & Brand Roadmap (10 mins)
- Review next steps and timeline for deliverables
- Share a clear roadmap of branding touchpoints (logo, collateral, website, etc.)
- Answer any final questions to ensure clarity and confidence
How many revisions are included?
Revisions vary by package, but we include at least 2 rounds of thoughtful revisions. Additional revisions can be added for a small fee if needed.
What file types will I receive?
You’ll receive final logo files in high-resolution JPG, PNG (transparent), SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF formats—perfect for web, print, and beyond.
Do I own the final logo and branding assets?
Yes! Once the final payment is completed, all deliverables are entirely yours to use as you wish. CMT GRAPHIC LLC retains the lifelong right to showcase the work in its portfolio and for promotional or other related purposes.
Are font licenses included in the package?
We recommend fonts (free and premium), but clients are responsible for purchasing any paid font licenses directly from the font provider.
What if I need something that’s not in the package?
No problem! We can tailor your package or offer add-on services like packaging design, website design, social media templates, and more. Just ask!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans—typically 50% upfront and 50% upon final delivery. While we’re happy to discuss custom arrangements based on your needs, a 50% upfront payment is always required.
What if I need to pause or delay my project?
We understand life happens. If you need to pause, let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your timeline accordingly. In that case, any payment is NOT refundable.
